Booking & Cancelation Policy
In order to book you must provide valid credit card in order to reserve your appointment. starting September 2017 50% of service deposits will be required for future bookings for all new clients. Please read your confirmation emails, and reminders as these provide you with special instructions to prepare you for your next visit.
Please allow 48 hours prior to booking in order to reschedule/cancel. Visits canceled/no show/more than 10 minutes late will be charged 100% of services booked to credit card on file for the inconvenience. NO CALL/NO NO SHOW clients will NOT be rebooked for a future appointments. LATE arrivals more than 10 minutes will have to reschedule to a future date and will be charged 100% of services to credit card on file. (some exeptions can apply to late arrivals, I understand life and traffic happens. Depending on daily bookings and wiggle room I can be accommodating, in this case please notify me immediately if you are running late. Most of the time I am booked back to back and unfortunately cannot delay other appointments to accommodate late arrivals)
